Meat trimmer • Esan West, Edo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Esan West, Edo. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
