Your main tasks: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Pay around ₦140,000 per month, based on your experience.
