Cake decorator wanted in Kent County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Kent County, Michigan. You will work in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
