Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Champaign County, Ohio. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
