Urgent requirement: grill cook (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Madison County, Ohio. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
