Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Saiha, Mizoram. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideally you have able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms; 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting.
