On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time with occasional weekends.
