Kitchen steward — Ijumu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Ijumu, Kogi State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
