Immediate opening: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Montgomery County, Ohio. You will work in a smash repair workshop. The role involves check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
