Join our team: we are hiring a waiter in Mercer County, New Jersey. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
