Great opportunity: garden maintenance worker (Kano State)

Join our team: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Rano, Kano State. You will work at a plant nursery. Day to day you will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
