Restaurant steward — Magama

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Magama, Niger State. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
