We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Idah, Kogi State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦110,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
