Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Riley County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
