On the job you will handle: • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film Ideal candidate: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Own basic hand tools an advantage Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
