CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Mason County

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Mason County, Texas. The job is in a toolroom. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T On the job you will handle: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
