Bread and bun maker — Minjibir

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Minjibir, Kano State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
