Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Gomati, Tripura. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
