Immediate opening: we are hiring a truck driver in Madison County, Illinois. You will be based at a container freight yard. On the job you will handle: • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops You should have: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid digital tachograph card We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
