Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Appling County, Georgia. You will be based at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
