Vacancy available: we are hiring a furnace operator in Kajuru, Kaduna State. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Your main tasks: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦220,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
