Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Uvalde County, Texas. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
