Now hiring: we are hiring a digger driver in Chatham County, Georgia. The job is in an open-cast quarry. Day to day you will strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site 4+ years on the tools preferred.
