Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On the job you will handle: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Six days a week, one day off.
