Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand 1+ years on the tools preferred.
