Halal butcher wanted in Esan North-East

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Esan North-East, Edo. You will work in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 5+ years on the tools preferred.
