System formwork carpenter — Tikamgarh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Your main tasks: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure ₹750 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
