Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Stephens County, Oklahoma. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends.
