Dozer operator — Union County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dozer operator in Union County, Georgia. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Day-to-day duties: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Refuel the machine and record running hours Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
