Captain waiter • Eket, Akwa Ibom State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Eket, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
