Immediate opening: counter butcher (Anambra State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Anaocha, Anambra State. You will be based at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Performance bonus on top of base pay.
