Head baker wanted in Kent County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Kent County, Delaware. You will be based at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them 4+ years on the tools preferred.
