Dough maker wanted in Henry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Henry County, Ohio. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
