Chef de partie wanted in Yakima County

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Yakima County, Washington. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
