Urgent requirement: we are hiring a house painter in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a factory paint shop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding The role involves: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
