Captain waiter • Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 1+ years on the tools preferred.
