Ladle pourer — Ningi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Ningi, Bauchi State. The role involves: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces What we are looking for: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings ₦225,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
