You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Your main tasks: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Six days a week, one day off.
