Line cook — Hill County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Hill County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch 3+ years on the tools preferred.
