Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Cass County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
