Great opportunity: formwork carpenter (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Fayette County, Ohio. You will work at a shopfitting company. You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Your main tasks: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
