Bread and bun maker wanted in Hamilton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Hamilton County, Texas. You will be based at a cake shop. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Six days a week, one day off.
