Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Allen County, Ohio. The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
