Kitchen cook — Babura

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Babura, Jigawa State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
