Powder coating sprayer • Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun We are looking for able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
