Join our team: we are hiring a sausage maker in Obi, Nasarawa State. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
