Confectioner — Saline County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Saline County, Nebraska. The job is in a bread factory. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
