Commis chef wanted in Cass County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Cass County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
