Bakery assistant — Sheffield

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Sheffield, England. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch 4+ years on the tools preferred.
