We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Kauru, Kaduna State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
